Key responsibilities & duties

Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance, providing insights for optimization.
Campaign Execution: Plan and manage paid social media campaigns, ensuring effective targeting and budget management.
Academic or trade qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree: A degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field is preferred but not always required.
Certification in Social Media Marketing: Certifications from platforms like Facebook, Google, HubSpot, or Hootsuite are highly valued and demonstrate proficiency in social media management tools and strategies.
Practical Experience: Proven experience in managing social media platforms and campaigns is essential, whether through internships, freelance work, or prior roles in social media or digital marketing.
Additional Skills: Knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights) can be beneficial.
Work Experience
1-3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred.
