The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to support business decisions across marketing, sales, and operations. The role focuses on turning raw data into actionable insights that drive growth for the company’s Digital Solutions services in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities & duties
Collect, clean, and organize data from multiple sources (CRM, marketing platforms, operational tools).
Build and maintain dashboards that monitor KPIs for various departments.
Analyze trends in marketing campaigns, sales performance, customer behavior, and operational efficiency.
Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports with clear insights and recommendations.
Support the Revenue Operations and Marketing teams with ad-hoc data requests.
Identify gaps, anomalies, or patterns in the data and suggest strategic actions.
Maintain data security and compliance with company policies.
Technical Skills Required
Advanced Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, charts)
Data visualization tools (Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau)
CRM reporting (HubSpot, Zoho CRM)
SQL basics (preferred)
Data cleaning, normalization, and validation techniques
Basic statistical analysis and forecasting
Understanding of KPIs across marketing, sales, and customer success
Familiarity with APIs and data integration tools is a plus
