We’re looking for a talented and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably within niche markets and digital product promotion. You should be comfortable working remotely, handling unexpected client issues, and coordinating seamlessly with a distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
Launch and optimize paid media campaigns across channels like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn, etc.
Analyze niche markets and customer segments to guide campaign targeting
Work closely with the design and content teams to develop effective marketing materials
Track KPIs and provide actionable insights based on campaign performance
Communicate with clients to ensure alignment, manage expectations, and resolve issues efficiently
Collaborate with remote teams via tools like ClickUp and KumoSpace
Maintain campaign files and documentation on Google Drive
Requirements
2–3 years of proven experience in digital marketing/media buying
Familiarity with performance marketing for apps or tech products is preferred
Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategy and audience behavior
Experience with remote work tools like ClickUp and collaborative communication platforms
Excellent communication, time management, and troubleshooting skills
Comfortable managing tasks, client interactions, and unexpected challenges
