The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics that align with the company’s branding guidelines and support digital marketing campaigns for B2B clients. The role includes designing for social media, ads, websites, and other digital assets in a fully remote work environment.
Key responsibilities & duties
Create engaging, original graphics for social media platforms, websites, emails, and digital ads.
Develop visual concepts that match the overall brand strategy for B2B clients.
Design landing pages, banner ads, and promotional materials in line with performance marketing goals.
Work closely with the Content Creator and Digital Marketing Specialist to ensure visual and written messaging are aligned.
Adapt existing designs to different formats and platforms (mobile, desktop, email).
Revise designs based on feedback in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
Maintain consistency of visual brand identity across all projects and platforms.
Prepare design files for both web and basic print needs (e.g., digital brochures, business cards if needed).
Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices for digital marketing.
Support basic motion graphics creation (GIFs, simple video animations) for social campaigns when needed.
Manage and organize the graphic assets library (logos, templates, design files, etc.).
Technical Skills Required
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Experience with Canva for quick designs
Understanding of digital ad design best practices (social media, Google Ads, etc.)
Ability to create animated graphics (GIFs, simple video edits)
Website and landing page design basics
Knowledge of branding principles and brand consistency
Familiarity with UI/UX design concepts is a plus
Experience using project management tools (Trello, click up)
