Position Summary

The Market Launcher will be responsible for initiating and driving the company’s entry into new markets. This role involves conducting in-depth market research, building local partnerships, adapting our digital solutions to meet market needs, and ensuring a successful launch. Candidates must have proven experience launching products or services in multiple markets and navigating diverse business cultures.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  1. Identify target markets and create tailored market entry strategies.
  2. Conduct competitive analysis and assess market readiness.
  3. Build a local partner and client network before launch.
  4. Coordinate with marketing and product teams to localize offerings.
  5. Manage all phases of market launch from research to revenue generation.
  6. Represent the company at events, trade shows, and local business meetings.
  7. Provide regular performance and progress reports to management. 

Technical Skills Required

  • Proven track record in launching products/services in multiple markets.
  • Strong knowledge of market research tools and methodologies.
  • Experience in B2B sales and digital transformation solutions.
  • Contract negotiation skills.
  • CRM system proficiency (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
