Position Summary

The Media Buyer is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across digital platforms to drive lead generation and brand awareness for B2B clients. The role is crucial in managing budgets efficiently to achieve maximum ROI in a fully remote Digital Solutions company.

Key responsibilities & duties

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across different platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn).
  • Conduct audience research and competitor analysis to inform targeting strategies.
  • Monitor daily campaign performance and optimize for better ROI.
  • A/B test different creatives, ad copies, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with Graphic Designers and Content Creators to ensure ad assets are aligned with strategy.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting KPIs, insights, and optimization actions.
  • Maintain budget pacing to ensure campaigns remain within allocated budgets.
  • Implement tracking codes and ensure proper conversion attribution.

Technical Skills Required

  • Paid advertising management (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads)
  • Campaign setup, targeting, and optimization
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion tracking
  • Budget allocation and bid strategy management
  • Familiarity with pixel installation and event tracking (Facebook Pixel, GA4)
  • Reporting and analytics (Google Analytics, Ads Manager reporting)
  • Retargeting and audience segmentation strategies

Academic or Trade Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Certifications in Paid Media Advertising (Meta Blueprint, Google Ads Certification, LinkedIn Marketing Certification) are highly preferred.
