We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Project Manager to lead digital transformation projects for our corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing end-to-end digital solution deployments, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring timely, high-quality delivery aligned with business objectives.

The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects, while managing client relationships, mitigating risks, and ensuring successfull adoption of solutions in target markets.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of digital projects.
  • Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing, sales) and external vendors.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the client and project team.
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation plans, and solve problems proactively.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
  • Monitor KPIs and report project progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage resource allocation and resolve conflicts across teams.
  • Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and final deployment.
  • Document lessons learned and recommend improvements for future projects.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 3–5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager in digital transformation, marketing, or IT solution companies.
  • PMP®, PRINCE2®, or Agile/Scrum certification is a plus.

Technical Skills

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  • Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Jira, Trello, MS Project, Asana).
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, CRM systems, and web/app development cycles.
  • Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and scope effectively.
