Position Summary

The Revenue Operations Specialist will be responsible for aligning marketing, sales, and customer success processes to maximize revenue growth. The role includes optimizing CRM systems, improving funnel efficiency, creating reporting dashboards, and supporting cross-departmental collaboration in a fully remote Digital Solutions company.

Key responsibilities & duties

  • Manage and optimize CRM data integrity, automation, and reporting.
  • Track and analyze the full customer journey from lead generation to retention.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the sales funnel and suggest improvements.
  • Build and maintain dashboards for Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to ensure lead handoff quality and conversion tracking.
  • Create standardized workflows and processes across departments.
  • Support revenue forecasting and goal setting with data-driven insights.
  • Manage tech stack integrations (CRM + Marketing Automation + Customer Support Tools).

Technical Skills Required

  • CRM management and optimization (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM)
  • Knowledge of sales funnels and customer journey mapping
  • Data analysis and dashboard creation (Google Data Studio, Power BI)
  • Revenue forecasting and pipeline management
  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign)
  • Process documentation and workflow automation
  • Familiarity with lead scoring, MQL/SQL management, and lifecycle stages

Academic or Trade Qualifications
