Position Summary

The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in local and international markets. The role involves building long-term client relationships, understanding market trends, and promoting the company’s digital solutions to help businesses expand and grow in any market. This position requires a results-driven, passionate individual with proven experience in multiple markets and the ability to adapt to different business cultures and environments.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Present, promote, and sell the company’s digital solutions effectively.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
  • Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
  • Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
  • Report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to management.

Technical Skills Required

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital solutions or technology services.
  • Strong market research and analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
  • Solid understanding of digital transformation concepts (Cloud, SaaS, AI, Automation).
  • Ability to negotiate complex contracts.
