The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities in local and international markets. The role involves building long-term client relationships, understanding market trends, and promoting the company’s digital solutions to help businesses expand and grow in any market. Key Responsibilities & Duties
Identify and research potential clients in target markets.
Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Present, promote, and sell the company’s digital solutions effectively.
Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and industry trends.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor solutions for client needs.
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and trade shows to represent the company.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and progress in the CRM system.
Report sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts to management.
Technical Skills Required
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in digital solutions or technology services.
Strong market research and analysis skills.
Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills.
Solid understanding of digital transformation concepts (Cloud, SaaS, AI, Automation).
